This set is not the same as the schema. EK2 has been changed for ECH3 followed by EF9,EBC3,EL3,5Y3,EM1.
It looks original as the wiring has been changed too.
Not the set with push buttons.
Is there another schema?

ECH3 was a favorite substitute for the older EK2, with better transconductance...
Some replacement made la ong time ago by a radio serviceman ?

That makes sense. I just found this info, as was recommended from Philips:
EK2 to ECH3
Cathode resistor. Screen voltage, Voltage Anode Triode.
Adjust oscillator.
It was not a direct replacement.
